Cold and windy over the tops

Little change within the stable snowpack which remains firm and icy on steep slopes leading to serious run out potential into rocks below

A dry cold day with strong Westerly winds.  Freezing levels rose a little through the day and remained just below the tops.  Dry conditions expected to continue over the next 24 hours with potential for hill fog, strong Westerly winds, freezing at around summit levels.
