Warm with a strengthening Wind

19th March 2019

A mild day, snow is deep and unconsolidated in many places which makes for hard trail breaking especially if on foot. nonetheless some great views and its nice to see the hills snow covered.

Active surface sloughs on an East aspect – although small in size they can gather sufficient mass to carry a person, this presents the potential to be carried some distance especially when on steep ground.
