A day of poor visibility with bands of thick cloud and fog. Â The snowpack is deep and porridge like at lower levels, hard going if your venturing off the beaten track. Â Firmer conditions higher up with lumps and bumps of sastrugi on wind exposed terrain.
10 metres of visibility at times; very disorientating.
