A dusting of snow

3rd January 2020

The hills are looking a little more wintry from the dusting of snow above 800m, a few more showers arrived during the afternoon.  The old snowpack is very firm and sparse.  Strong to gale force winds over the summits with a midday temperature of minus 4C.
