Heavy drifting on Southerly winds.

Southerly winds increased strong to gale force during the day with snowfall throughout the afternoon. Â Significant drifting above 550 metres with poorly bonded windslab quickly developing. Â Visibility was poor at times especially at higher levels. Â Later in the afternoon the hill became stormbound.
