Squally snow showers

18th February 2020

Clear spells with squally showers.  Snow cover has improved since yesterday.  Ridges and wind exposed slopes are still scoured and icy.  Cooler temperatures than yesterday – minus 5 on the tops leading to a weaker snowpack.
