A White Christmas !

A dusting of new snow presented us with a white landscape. a very thin cover but deeper accumulations are still present  in very localised places on mainly east aspects.
A very cold night and day – this has promoted the growth of surface hoar which is the crystal reflecting light on the surface. watch out for this one if buried !!
