Strong Winds – drifting snow

A very wind day with some deep and very weakly bonded windslab building on lee slopes above 950m mainly. Mainly seems to be failing on a layer of graupel which fell yesterday (monday)afternoon !!.
Many areas scoured though in the ferocious wind ! snow at most levels is good and firm with fields of windblown  at lower elevations.
Looking at the Fiacaill of Coire an t Sneachda – scoured on west facing slopes deposition on east facing !
