Squally afternoon snow showers

Another windy day. Â Squally snow showers crossed over the Cairngorms during the afternoon.
A thin rain crust developed during the night. Â Rocks are glazed with ice.
Looking into Coire an t Sneachda. Here very strong South winds were encountered, carrying skis was not a good idea at the time!
A more sheltered Easterly aspect on the Cas ridge.
