Winds of Change!

The mild and warm weather will change on Tuesday (tomorrow) for a cold Northerly airstream and snow showers.
Limited snow accumulations expected at first but this may develop and provide more extensive cover as the days progress!
Significantly the snowpack will refreeze and become very firm and icy, ice axe and crampons will be necessary for those unaware of snow hazards at this time of year. Care to avoid slips and falls will be important, run-outs are serious with boulders at the base of slopes awaiting!

Cairngorm and the Northern Corries from Loch Morlich
