A dry and overcast day. Bright with a few sunny spells and good visibility. Feeling cold at higher altitudes.

From yesterday’s showers, a general covering of soft snow and graupel. Some surface consolidation from the sun but with instabilities remaining within the snowpack. Wind exposed areas remain scoured and firm.

All change in the next period with gale force South-Easterly winds re-depositing snow to form new unstable windslab and increasing instability.
