After the Thaw

Yesterdays thaw has stripped back a lot of the recent fresh snow. The cover that remains has refrozen and is firm and stable. There are now serious run outs onto rocks below many steep slopes. There were light snow showers throughout the day today with variable visibility. Difficult ski conditions today due to the refrozen snow!
