Good snow cover – whiteout today – clear Monday.

Fluctuating temperatures have helped stabilise the snowpack although deep and soft in many places. Some scouring on North facing aspects have exposed firm and icy areas. Good widespread snow cover but poor visibility and whiteout conditions did not provide any views. Looking forward to it clearing tomorrow.
