Some further snow loss due to rain at all levels, this cleared by late morning and the summit temperature fell to minus 2 Celsius by late afternoon. Snow showers are expected during tonight followed by much cooler temperatures. Remaining old snow patches will become very firm with serious run out potential on steep slopes.
