Winter Wonderland

30th November 2025

The cloud was a bit slow to clear this morning but it did eventually disperse to leave a beautiful sunny winter day on the tops.

Overnight snow showers were heavy at times as there was a good covering of new snow on many aspects. (Approximately 10cm higher on the mountain).

Tonight there is expected to be a critical period of time for stability as new snow accumulates on Northerly aspects. (see forecast for more details.)

Keep snow dancing! I’m a month away from visiting, but keep up the good work!
