High pressure

24th December 2025

High pressure has arrived, with clear skies and inversion conditions.  Highs of plus 6 degrees Celsius on the summit of Cairngorm, much cooler temperatures in the glen.  Due to the lovely weather it’s been a busy Christmas eve in the Cairngorms.
