Very windy and cold day 3

Another day of very strong winds. Â The old snowpack is firm with steeper slopes having serious run out potential into boulder fields below. Â Caution needed where isolated windslab accumulations remain on steep Northerly slopes. Â These shear easily and although shallow could potentially knock you off your feet. Â This weakness a few centimetres beneath the firm upper layer, continues to develop in the cold temperatures.
Soft weak layer developing, this was on a Northerly aspect at 1110m.
