The cloud base was around 700 to 800 metres for most of the day. Â A tricky day for travel at higher levels where terrain features were hard to define. Â At times impossible to work out if your moving backwards or forwards on ski or not at all. Â Rocks and the outline of sastrugi were a welcome sight.
