Today was cloudier than previous days. The snowpack remains well bonded, firm and stable. There are isolated deposits of shallow windslab on some South to West aspects above 1000 metres although these are generally avoidable. In most locations there is only a dusting of fresh snow ontop of the existing  hard icy snow.

Windy col with the mess of Pottage behind. Here shallow accumulations of fresh windslab were present around the coire rim. In most locations the snowpack is firm and icy.

Looking across the plateau to Derry Cairngorm. The plateau still has good snow cover.

Looking down the ski area and towards Meall a’ Bhuachaille. This photo was taken at around 850 metres. There is limited snow cover following fence lines and gullies below this height.
