Mild with drizzle

Six Ptarmigans hang out together for shelter.
It was mild again today and the most recent snowfall which came on Wednesday is thawing and lies mainly on E aspects above 1000m. Â We dug our snow pit on this E facing slope which overlooks Strath Nethy.
