Wintry with a firm Snowpack

23rd December 2019

A clear and bright day to start but it soon clouded over – the first view across the plateau we have had for some time – images show snow distribution quite well. Snow pack is very firm and icy in places but in most areas there is a nice thin and soft snow surface.
