Wind Scoured and Windslab

Continuing winds have scoured many areas especially west facing leaving areas of snow ice and clean buttresses. Good cover still to be found at lower and wind sheltered elevations. Our day was spent investigating the spread of the current weak layer that overlies the windslab present unstable conditions on NE toE aspects
