Milder damp temperatures at all levels overnight. Â Cooler during the morning with summit temperatures of around minus 1C. Â Although it didn’t feel particularly cold there were sub zero temperatures in the glen. Â This mainly affected the roads which had developed some interesting patches of black ice!
Some snow loss below 800 metres but in general the firm snowpack is widespread.
