A sunshiny day

7th April 2023

The snowpack was quite firm on all aspects at the start of the day, this gradually softned on sun exposed slopes, shaded aspects remained firm.  Today’s good visibility made for an excellent opportunity to take some general photos of conditions up high.  There were a few ski tourers heading for the plateau and beyond, also hill walkers, mountaineers and climbers making the most of the good weather.

A great day for anyone heading to Braeriach.
