Inversion

11th January 2024

Inversion conditions, cold with freezing rain at glen levels first thing, mild sunny conditions on the summits, it felt positively balmy.

Although midday summit temperatures were plus 6C, the snowpack remained cold with little change.

Here’s a few photos  from today.
