Below cloud level

25th March 2024

An improved day for observations with the cloud level lingering at around 900 metres during the morning, before very light snow showers  developed around midday.  Only a couple of cm of new snow expected to arrive over the next 24 hours; however there is still low confidence on precipitation amounts, but if more snow arrives than expected unstable windslab will become more widespread.  Check the latest weather forecast for more up to date snow amounts.
