The Western fringes

5th March 2025

With another day of forecasted storm force winds it was decided that a low level valley venue would be best suited.  The Glen Feshie hills lie on the Western fringes of the Northern Cairngorm area and it was good to get eyes on these lesser seen hills, needless to say snow cover is limited.  Another mild day with the midday summit temperature reading +6°C with relentless storm force South-Westerlies.  Much of the same tomorrow.
