Remaining cold with little fresh snow

Currently there is superficial cover in the Cairngorms with some shallow deposits in wind sheltered places.
Fresh snow is expected in the Northern Cairngorms later on Thursday so hazard may become significant then. We will issue an Avalanche report on Thursday afternoon for Friday
