Whiteout

19th January 2016

A day of whiteout conditions above 800 metres with the occasional glimpse into the Corries. A good snow cover for skiing or snowshoeing but strenuous on foot !!

Snowpack generally stabilising but weaknesses are persisting in steep places especially where slopes are convex in shape high up in corries.
