Strong winds and snow.

14th January 2020

Another very windy day but with a definite winter feel, breakable crust at lower levels and a reasonably stabilising snowpack largely due to the fluctuating temperatures of the last 24 hours. Windslab keeps building and is poorly bonded, especially in steep places during this storm cycle period.

On a north aspects at 900m with a sunlit Meall a Buachaille in the background.
