Bright and breezy

A bright sunny day. Although freezing levels rose to above the summits it was a very cold SW wind and the snowpack surface remained cold and dry.
A bright sunny day with strong winds over the tops.
On an East aspect at 1070m. Several layers within the snowpack releasing under pressure.
Largest snowfields on NE to SE aspects.
