Cold and icy on Hogmanay

After yesterdays storm today was a total contrast. Â With summit temperatures of Minus 4C the Cairgorms has frozen. Â All the running water has turned into glass like ice and the soggy snowpack is bolt hard neve. Â Remember to take your crampons.
