Cooler with snow showers

30th March 2019

There’s a light covering of new snow above 700 metres.  Lows of minus 3 Celsius on the summit of Cairngorm today.  Wintry showers cleared at midday,  drifting at plateau level.  The old snowpack is beginning to firm up at higher levels.
