Cooler with snow showers

There’s a light covering of new snow above 700 metres. Â Lows of minus 3 Celsius on the summit of Cairngorm today. Â Wintry showers cleared at midday, Â drifting at plateau level. Â The old snowpack is beginning to firm up at higher levels.
