Mild and Windy

Wind speeds of 120 mph overnight thankfully died out to just gale force during the day! Â A struggle to get into Lochain but wanted to check out if any avalanche activity had taken place overnight. A Â large avalanche down to the lochan had left significant debris, certainly size 2 (could bury a person). Mild temps will continue but conditions will stabilise as the freezing level lowers to 800 metres in the next days. Should become pretty firm and icy.
