This blog is intended to provide hazard and mountain condition information to help plan safer mountain trips.
The cloud base was around 700 to 800 metres for most of the day.  A tricky day for travel at higher levels where terrain features were hard to define.  At times impossible to work out if your moving backwards or forwards on ski or not at all.  Rocks and the outline of sastrugi were a welcome sight.
