The North wind returns

A return to winter with new snowfall and cold temperatures on Northerly winds. Â The main paths into the corries are fairly easy going but off the beaten track it’s a mix of deep drifts in lee areas combined with breakable crust were the old snow remains. Â Poor visibility today which is quite common for the Cairngorms during a Northerly airflow.
Underfoot conditions at 950 metres.
