Sunny cold and calm.

9th January 2022

Light winds, cool and sunny, some cloud rolling in from the South.  Good travel conditions for those on ski with some wide snow fields at plateau elevations.  Thin and limited snow cover in the areas leading up to the corries.  If travelling by foot away from the main paths there’s a mix of breaking trail though firm windslab, rocky windswept ridges with a superficial cover of snow.
