A White Christmas !

25th December 2023

Merry Christmas to all

A wintry day at last – started pretty bare, but snow showers started to develop around midday and are due to continue into Monday evening and should present a fresh white landscape for Tuesday . New snow will present a complete cover with some new possibly deeper snow on NE to SE aspects above 900m this will only be in isolated places and should be avoidable if windslab is present.

Skeletal snow remains in the Northern Corries first thing this morning.
